             abstract = "Based on these concepts is the importance of this study, 
                         considering that according to the IBGE Census (2010), the city of 
                         Jo{\~a}o Pessoa is in accelerated population growth, which can be 
                         proven with the significant expansion of the urban network between 
                         the years of 1990 and 2006, and the appearance of these 
                         occupations / agglomerations in the area under study, which is the 
                         neighborhood of Gramame, located in the southern zone of the 
                         municipality of Jo{\~a}o Pessoa, and according to the IBGE Census 
                         (2010) The neighborhood had the highest population growth in the 
                         city, rising from 6.2 thousand inhabitants (2000) to more than 
                         24.9 thousand inhabitants (2010). The data used were: the 
                         delimitation of the municipality of Jo{\~a}o Pessoa and the 
                         neighborhood of Gramame, the lots present in the neighborhood and 
                         the bodies of water that cut the city, obtained from the 
                         Municipality of Jo{\~a}o Pessoa - PB (PMJP), In shapefile format; 
                         And SRTM / TOPODATA images for the slope computation. The software 
                         used was Quantum GIS 2.18.0. Through these data the criteria to be 
                         consulted were defined, aiming at the identification of lots with 
                         potential vulnerability to invasion: (a) public and empty lots; 
                         (B) without wall and without occupation and (c) without garbage 
                         collection and sewage network. Through the geoprocessing and its 
                         tools it became possible to identify public batches susceptible to 
                         irregular occupations, and later the representation of this 
                         spatial information.",
